Whenever possible I try to find the root cause of a problem, rather then just a temporary workaround. By doing so I can often uncover other problems under the surface that are just waiting to cause more havoc on your system.
Most of my computer services are billed by the hour, with the exception of some larger projects. My standard rate for computer consulting is $75 an hour. Although, the rate can vary up or down for specific types of work, so just let me know what your specific needs are.
